LASERS
   The laser department at Hayward Quartz Technology features nine CO2 Laser Machining Centers, capable of CAD/CAM driven contouring and hole drilling on a variety of materials. Each laser outputs up to 2000W of power and has a four-axis, CNC positioning table. An 8’ x 4’ x 1’ positioning envelope is available to accommodate large parts. A 32-bit CNC controller combined with rotary axis capability makes complex 3D cuts possible on tubes, funnels, and box-shaped parts. An open work table design allows large parts, up to 30” tall, to fit under the laser head. In addition to cutting lasers, YAG and C02 marking lasers are deployed to provide part numbering, serialization, and logo marking on the surface of your parts.
