CNC MILLS AND LATHES

   Over 150,000 square feet of our facility is filled with multi-axis CNC milling centers and CNC lathes.  Supported by in-house programmers, as well as in-house tool and die manufacturing, the machine department is a vertically integrated facility. Diamond tools are designed and manufactured in-house.  The ability to design and construct fixtures and tooling in-house gives Hayward Quartz the vertical integration that allows us to be in total control of lead times.
